Postion: FRONT DESK OFFICER
Due to expansion in our operation, the service of a young and smart looking lady is required for immediate employment in highly reputable school located in Wuse II, Abuja.
Job Description:
- To receive and direct visitors
- To maintain a front desk visitor's register
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
- Monitor and maintain office equipment
- Control inventory relevant to reception area
- File paperwork, maintain computer files, perform data entry, order inventory, process financial documents, and update reservations. sort incoming and outgoing mails
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Answer telephone calls in a professional manner at all times. Prepare correspondence and reports
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Tidy and maintain the reception area and any other responsibilities assigned.
- Minimum of O.N.D. required.
- Possess administrative skills
- Good communication skills with professionals
- Mufti-task a variety of issues
- Good organization skills and can prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Good attention to detail
- Team Player; work well with others
NOTE: Experienced person with Security/Receptionist background will have advantage.
